Paypal - Switching from Business to personal?

Hello,

I currently have a business account with paypal, but as i recently sold my website i do not have the need for it being business anymore.
I sent them an email a while back asking if i could change back to personal, but they never replied...

Anyway, my question is if i ask them to change me back to personal account, assuming i verified with a VCC, and also hoping they'll asnwer xD, will they limit my account?

1) Login to your Paypal account
2) Click on 'Contact Us'
3) Under 'Help by Email' click 'Contact Customer Service'
4) On the left panel, click on either 'Getting Started' or 'My Account Profile'
5) On the right panel, click 'Downgrade Account'
6) Under Summarize your question state 'I want to Downgrade to a Personal Account'.
7) Follow through from there.

Thanks but, after i put "My account" on the left panel, i have these options:
*becoming verified
*changing account type (which i guess i should choose)
*changing / updating account information
*closing a paypal account
*name change
*password problem
And there's no "getting started" on the left panel also.

What should i do?

this cannot be done. i tried to do this before, you can only upgrade and not down grade. you will need to create a new paypal account if you wish to do this.

 

My DP Friend,
1st time you can only downgrade. After that you can only upgrade no downgrade.

 

You are allowed to downgrade only once.

You will have to contact Paypal by phone and make a request.
