    Hello guys.

I thought i share this because lately paypal supports frauds, at least that's my impression. On 6th august one guy banned on this forum claimed he can offer a service. He asked upfront 50% and deadline was 3 working days (1day first time). Anyway - after I opened dispute on paypal and this guy was like a shadow after 2 weeks - i got a this from Paypal: "
Unfortunately, we are denying your claim because your purchase was for a virtual, digital, or intangible item, which is not covered under PayPal Purchase Protection." Well I called paypal - on the phone a nice guy giving me solutions:
    1. Go to bank and tell the story. Negative - I paid from paypal balanace.
    2. Go to local protection services !???

Come on PAYPAL. Why going to 3rd or 4th guys and knock to their doors when you can simply give my money back. WHY DO YOU SUSTAIN FRAUD!? and help other guys to SCAM PEOPLE!?

I guess that's the real Paypal. After more than 9 years since I paid about A LOT OF FEES now they support FRAUD. I guess i really want to look a new virtual bank.

    Waiting for opinions.
    Matt:)

Best bet is to keep no balance in the account and always pay with a credit card. You get protection through your card issuer and you get protection through paypal (for tangible products).

I agree with jestep.. it's much easier to keep your money that way. Only downside is that paypal may block your account until your pp account is in good standing again.
