Paypal Supported Countries

I understand that paypal supports withdrawal for certain credit cards in Malaysia. Does PayPal support withdrawal for my Hong Leong Mastercard? thanks

Do you know if Panama can receive paypal?

 

Credit Card typically are spending cards and do not typically allow you to withdraw money into. The only exception would be some VISA cards. Mastercard does not allow you to do so.

Incidentally, Panama is a Send Only country and cannot receive money.
