I just got an email saying that my account has been resticted:
When I log in in they say I can't send money etc. So I try the "resolution center and I have to fax them a copy of a utility bill. I don't pay the utility bill so wtf am I supposed to do .

I only use paypal a few times a month mainly to pay advertising subscriptions and to recieve some affiliate commissions. They've given me 7 days and then it'll be completely frozen. It'l probably take me that long just to get my fax to work, and that's if they'll accept another document and promptly reply to my email.

No its not much, no more then a couple hundred each month total. And it's remained constant for about 6 months. I don't think its a tax issue, I'm in New Zealand and tax time's coming up soon.

I'll usually have between 0-$100 in the account at any one time.

It sucks because if I can't sort it out fast all my advertising will stop and that'll be a hassle, especially since lots of it has been going for a while and I'll loose the top advertising spot you get for getting in early.
