Wow, didn't even know they had a site like that. I guess not, because there are various variations of YouTube (xtube.com, pornotube.com, uh...not that I ever visited these sites, lol).

That wouldn't be the same case just because of the word "tube". They may be similar (streaming video types I'm assuming) but the name and similar abilities wouldn't be enough. If someone were to create a site with a name such as, "watchyoutube.tld" and its appearance were similar, then that would break the terms of the site.

Do some reading about fair-use in trademark and copyright. Those sites are legal but don't believe that you can run a commercial site and profit of anothers work.

Including a well known trademark in a domain that is sector related is usually trademark infringement. "sucks" sites can be an exception in that an average person wouldn't assume the site is operated by the trademark company and can be protected free speech. Making it a commercial site (generates any type of income, including advertising) can muddy the waters. Of course there is nothing that would prevent the trademark holder from suing you and you also have to be careful about the content of the site to prevent a libel suit.

paypalsucks.com is fine because in court they ruled that it was free speech.
