Well, Hoss, I have been with Paypal for over 8 years now. For the first 7 years 8months and 21 days, they were good as gold. Then, they turned. Just remember that a criminal is not a criminal until they commit a crime.

Paypal has my funds, will not pay sellers that I have bought from, will not work with me in any way what so ever. Yes, you can call and ask them for a solution. What you will get is a hard time.

If I have to go to the California Attorney General's office and file criminal charges against Paypal, I guess that they will know that I am serious about withdrawing my funds from their company. Possession of stolen property, embezzlement, fraud, and corruption charges, coupled with a nice, shiny pair of bracelets, should let them know, as their carcass is being hauled off to jail, that I am serious.

I don't screw people over in my business, and, I expect at least the same consideration from other businessmen. Evidently, from reading just a couple of hundred horror stories about Paypal, they are working very hard to go to jail. I believe that what we see is just the tip of the corrupt iceberg, with regard to Paypal unethical behavior.

I don't try to run people off from doing business with me, but, Paypal has gone on a crusade to run off their customers, once they have them by the legaleze gonads. I think that this behavior is both unethical and criminal in nature.

Paypal has a contract with their customers to pay third parties with funds on deposit with Paypal. If sufficient funds are available, they should do what they charge a hefty fee to do, pay the seller. When they cease to function in their primary stated job duties, will not release available funds, and give the customer an infinite runaround, then they become a criminal enterprise.

The state of California should "send in the team" on this one, as it appears to be a case of not only interstate, but, intercontinental theft.
