    Hi,
I have receive a complaint Feb 19 on Paypal for unauthorized Transaction,
Transaction as been made on november 25th for $1.50 lol

I resolve the transaction by issuing a Refund for $1.50.

On March 1st They Refund the $1.50 and also Deduct $10 Fees From My Account.

When i first read the dispute they dind't mentioned the $10 Fees.

    Still awaiting clarification from Paypal.

    Paypal Suck Big Time.

what. the fees are bigger than the amount of your refund that is really ridiculous to be charged that amount.

paypal doesn't have any competition, so it doesn't care. You'll see them shape up once some companies start to really challenge them, but so far it doesn't look to be the case. Google Checkout is not a real competitor right now.

I think that is the charge back fees. It sure is ridiculously, one guy actually send me 50 cents, after deducting it became zero :)

Well I am more lucky than digitalproducts :) , at least I wasn't charge backed during that time. I can imagine how I would feel if I have a 50 cents charge back of $10 when what I actually received was 0 hehe

Well, at least you got charged a small chargeback fees, I remember that when I was using regsoft.com in the early days, the chargeback fees by their bank was US$40.

By looking at the dates, it appears that it is already beyond the 45 days window for a dispute and it most likely appears to be a chargeback, there is pretty much nothing much you can do about it. Sadly that is part of doing business.

From my experiences, they will reply and they do reply, just that it may be a lot of back and fro emails, with some of their replies plain canned replies before you are able to get a real person and have your issues sorted out. You will need a lot of patience. But it is normal for all other companies of their size.
