PayPal subscriptions / recurring payments ?

    At the moment, PayPal suspends subscriptions from people paying me yearly after just one failed payment/attempt? It needs to be not suspended until after five attempts at the subscription (and five days between each attempt). At the moment, I have to go into each and every one of the PayPal profiles and physically change it to five attempts, which unnecessarily takes up time. How do you solve this please?

    It will be better if you call paypal directly to get the solution

    Just email their Customer support and ask them to do the deed for you. ;)

    Never email to paypal if you want to solve the problem in short time. It normally take much longer time by using email, by phone is the fastest way
