i usually receive my monthly paypal subscription payments from my buyers who pay me regularly. i am getting this atleast "paypal subscription failed" from two of my buyers, obviously not a coincidence. Has anybody noticed this? Does that mean this problem is with my paypal account or the person who pays or it comes from paypal itself? What can be done to correct this. Thanks!!!
If I were you, I would contact the buyer. I had the same issue before, it was because the buyer had reached the credit limit and PayPal couldn't charge his card.
Same problem happen with my one subscription. I have contacted with buyer and ask him to make payment it if he wants to continue advertisement and he made the payment again. Problem solved
Probably as mentioned a credit limit or their CC attached to their paypal account has expired and needs to be renewed.
