Paypal subscription fees

    If you add Paypal subscription buttons to your website, do you have to pay the $0.3 fixed fee every time the payment is made or only once?

    Every transaction under or outside the subscription is bounded to pay the flat fee of $0.30 per transactions except for MicroPayments.
