Is there a way within PayPal whereby after the customer has hit 'Complete Payment' that they can then be taken straight to an outside URL rather than having to click 'Return to Vendor' to get there?
No.. It is not available in Paypal standard. However if you have a paypal pro account, you could directly integrate the payment using card on your site, and customer will not leave your site at all.
