I will expedite the process for you and get you the card ASAP. It will help you get payment transfer directly to your Payoneer MasterCard. You can then add to it the Payoneer Virtual US Account that helps you get direct deposit from any US organization as if you had a US bank account, you can use it to get PayPal transfer to that account and then the funds are loaded to your Payoneer card." The issue is that you would need to either sign up with 2CO or any other Payoneer partnering company as card is not available for Non-US residents. After that once you try to withdraw, some money will be charged by Partnering company (5% in case of 2CO) then 1% will be charged by Payoneer for loading in virtual accounts. Well I Applied for Payoneer and few days later on 1st February Card was approved and they said it has been sent ! No Idea when I will get that delivered to me! How Much time Payoneer Card will take to reach India ? Thanks

Hi guys, I cant really analyze the exact case described in the previous post since I don’t know the exact facts, but if you care to post your Payoneer details (email with the system) or send me your details to my email and I’ll post here the exact flow. I presume you have a problem with negative balance but I can’t be sure. Regarding the other post, if any of you need our help as you have problems withdrawing funds from PayPal please email me to or , I advice all of you to search in the forums about the problems Indian user have with PayPal lately and see how Payoneer is helping them.
