I had a same Issue I recieved EUR 125 long ago. after a week when I check my account it was missing from my account. I contacted the paypal support and ask for clarification they said ask my buyer to send the amount again. Its a big shock for me. I am nothing to do then. Its a big loss for me.

    Guys, its ok...

Paypal is exonerated for me, lol. :D Their support got back and said they used the money to fund other purchases.

Now I made a number of purchases but never entered my account for weeks.

So my bad, should have added a question mark to the thread title.

    But then again...

mharrisr, that's a serious case, if its true...

A good rule of thumb is to withdraw immediatly.

Why is that? That's like saying don't keep money in the bank withdraw it right away. I've never had 1 problem with paypal. I've had upwards of 15,000$ in the account at 1 point.

Probably hacked. PayPal wouldnt steal $xx money when the company is worth billions.

Dude, Paypal sucks big time! They froze my account and almost $3,000 of my hard earned money for 6 mos, for NO reason. Read all the horror stories on PayPalSucks.com. I hate that company and am now using Google Checkout, which rocks!

Thats the kind of comment my grandparents would make :) They are scared of banks and stuff money in their shoes.

I have had a paypal account for years running a business online and a few K a month goes through it. I only withdraw maybe once a month. Not had a single problem that I remember although a couple of disputes along the way that were resolved through email or phone.

I am happy using Paypal servive since so many years now. First and formost, try ways to get the history of the lates transactions that has happened.Secondy just see if you have subscribe with any free trial offers who claim to give you a free trial offer but if you cross a particular day mark then you must cancel the subscription. Now, if you dont cancel the subscription offer, (since you are not interested in using the service), that company will automatically keep on deducting your money every month. I have faced this issue for three months till when I realised this hidde issue and then managed to cancel the subscription.
