    It requires you to downgrade your account.
    Ask PP for the method, and, you cannot downgrade to Premium Account from Business Account, you have to firstly downgrade it to Personal account and then upgrade to Premium Account.

    yes premier account don't have option of writing last name in the box there but it's written there previously(the last name u submitted when u created your paypal acc.)

    If that's empty i.e. last name filed does not show your last name then u did not specify last name when u created paypal account so change your fullname in paypal and it would appear there

    HDFC Bank,ICICI Bank,State Bank Of India,Bank Of India,Canara Bank,Union Bank Of India,ING VYSYA Bank,CITI Bank,Standar Chartered Bank,HSBC Bank are already there.

    Just check your check book champ_rock. As i told the same thing 2 times already in this thread that you can find your IFSC code for you HDFC account on your cheque book itself. Its appear like HDFC0000XXX (XXX is your branch code).
