    Hi,

I wanna ask some questions regarding paypal. I used paypal for more than 6 months now, but it is my first time to encounter this.

First, I have two accounts - 1 personal verified account and 1 unverified business account. I usually transfer money from my personal to my business in order to pay my employees. Then, I found out it has been held by Paypal and I have to settle a dispute.

Second, someone just transfered money to my business account (his first time to transfer). Whenever we receive money, we usually get a confirmation email from Paypal that someone transfers money to your account. As I open my email today, I got an email, but the money was not reflected on the Paypal balance.

    WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED LATELY?

If you have entered into a dispute with someone, the money that the dispute is over (say $100) will be removed from your account and held in a kind of limbo until the situation is resolved - it can take up to 4 weeks and is a nightmare I know. If you do not have any money in your account you will go into a negative balance so I am assuming that should someone send you money this will be used for the dispute. Until you have the amount of money in your account that the dispute is for you will not have a positive paypal balance - so the money will not be reflected until you place over $100 in your account. If someone transfers $120 your paypal balance will show $20 - I hope this makes sense?
