Paypal spending limit 0?what do i do?

    i have a personal paypal account iand i want to verify it but i can not buy a vcc because my spending limit is zero, what should i do? i have rapidshare accounts for trade...

    You cant send money because your PayPal is not verified yet. Verify it with VCC and then PayPal send limit will be lifted.

    Sneeze, buy a VCC through an Agent, preferably a friend or a person you know well. A VCC costs up top 5.99 U.S.D.
