PayPal - Some Doubts on verification

I have just started a tutoring site and needs to be verified with paypal in order to accept credit card payments etc. I am an Indian and now residing in Oman. Since Paypal is not available in Oman ( I can only send money from Oman),So I have entered my India address with PayPal. I Have already an international visa debit card from HDFC and waiting for my credit card. But the billing address of both the cards are my Oman address.

The Questions are:-

1. Can I get verified with my debit card ? If not why?
2. To upgrade to premier account , should I enter the details of my credit card?
3. Now I am staying in Oman, and if I enter the details will it approve because of the IP address ?
4. What is the IFSC code for HDFC banks in Kerala? I obtain the code from a site , and Using that I applied for a withdrawal yesterday. But now I found that in that site,the code for all the HDFC branches are the same. If the code I entered is the wrong one,will they cancel my account?

But when I tried, I couldn't enter the billing address since in the place of country, it is already written as India. My billing address for the debit card is my Oman address.

1. No you can't. Because the Debit Card is denominated in INR, not in a currency currently supported by Paypal.
2. No, no detail is needed from you to upgrade.
3. Yes, it'll get your account limited due to the IP address.
4. The IFSC code is generally same for one bank for any of its branch throughout the country. Though, this isn't always true. No, they won't cancel your account for wrong IFSC code, though you wont have funds when you'll attempt withdrawal. IFSC code are needed for EFT(electronic Funds transfer) which is the way PayPal sends you withdrawals.

for the IP issue, you get banned whenever you log from a different country IP,take it for granted,I talked to many paypal agnets, cause you have to create another account based on the country you are in whenever you move and take consequences LOL what's the meaning of internet if you can access from one side only then what about a travel blogger whose always moving or a bussiness man for example....

even more you got banned if just use money quickly (as soon as it comes into paypal) and many other silly issues

I think paypal is just a stupid nurdie system

I didn't understand the third reply. What does account limited mean ?

 

I want to know about it better. I have been using PayPal for the last 8 months as an unverified Indian from Oman. I received money and did some online shopping also. So far I didn't get banned.

 

Account limited means you cannot do anything with it. You cant receive money, send, withdraw etc. Though the limitations differ from case to case.

 

After you entered your credit card details for verification, there is an option to change your billing address or use your current address. You just have to make sure that the billing address that you entered is the same as your credit card billing address. I think that should clear any doubt on your questions.

 

Billing address is not possible in another country.

 

I also think , we can not enter another country's billing address.
Now there is any way to get verified?
