I have a paypal account and can't withdraw more money out of that per week . Now what I am interested in knowing is can I transfer the funds to Money Booker or other bank account via paypal. Or what do you suggest how to go around this.
there is monthly limits for unverified accounts. ill suggest you to go for premier accoutrement get it verified as soon as possible.

Yup,You can't transfer money from your paypal account to Moneybookers....Just add bank account to verify ur paypal..
There is a limit on how much you can send and receive with paypal on your accout overview page there is a link called view limits. You have to verify your account to remove the limits. There is also a limit on how much you can withdraw per paypal card which is $400 you can only get around that if you request another card for a different person and take $400 per paypal card.
