Is there any duration limit for the buyer to make a chargeback?
I mean, can the buyer make a chargeback only within a time frame of purchasing, like 1 month or 2 months or can he make it even after 6 months?

Chargeback is not something Paypal offers or have much control over. It is the bank which offers it's card holders and thus chargeback goes above Paypal's head. The typically timeframe which the bank offers its members for to open a chargeback is a minimum of 180 days from the time of the transaction. Some banks may offer up to 365 days depending on the circumstances.

Well, being a graphics designer and only having virtual work, i have a question/
Lets sat i finish the logo banner ect. and send to the buyer who then sends me money via paypal.
The money would be in the account but the question im thinking is, how long does a buyer have to make a chargeback or is it just unlimited time? Because i dont want to withdraw the money then find out that theres a chargeback and not being able to have evidence because its a virtual item im selling.

As I've stated right above your post, most banks would offer their customer 180 days window to chargeback if they have been wronged. Typically reason would be stolen credit card, unauthorized usage and/or vendor did not deliver as ordered. Sometimes this window is opened up to 365 days from the time of the transaction. It would be the onus of the seller to prove that he has delivered the products and can do so using a 3rd party independent tracking such as a courier service, ie DHL or Fedex or with the customer's signature on your invoice or delivery order.

When it comes to virtual items since there is no independent proof of delivery and no signature or physical verification of the card, the bank would side its customers.

Let's use the instance of selling links.
I have an Inquiry case pending as well currently.

Even on PayPal, the buyer explains what he wants to buy, and provides the links info and everything.
The website shows his links that he purchased.
In reading this thread, it is clear to me PayPal can do nothing to help me if the buyer pulled his money back, but there is a remark about the onus being on the seller with the "bank".
Does that mean we can somehow find the credit card company or bank used by the buyer and demand payment, as I provided the service impeccably?

Also- what is a typical chargeback fee that I could be looking at here for a $120 transaction?
