yes its monopoly. They don't need to. They are the best, they are not afraid of losing competition really. Many people don't like talking on phone and don't have fast enuff net cons to run skypee
Paypal should have a live support 24/7 for better service; i also think that they should have a live support minimum 16h per day
So would you guys be willing to pay a bit more in fees to cover the salaries of the customer support people who would be doing the live chatting? I mean, PayPal has a heck of a lock more customers that the average ISP, so they would need a pretty big staff. And you wouldn't want them to hire the cheapest possible customer service reps - I've experienced that, and live chatting with them isn't any better than chatting with Sarah the automated customer service rep (who is available 24/7). And based on the questions posted here, most can be answered by a quick search of the Paypal Help Center (or having Sarah help you find information). It doesn't make good business sense for PayPal to hire extra staff just because many people are too lazy to look at the information that's already provided. Phone help is available 18 hours a day M-F, and 14 hours on the weekends (4:00 AM PST to 10:00 PM PST Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM PST to 8:00 PM PST Saturday and Sunday). You can email questions any time at all. That should be enough for anybody.
Paypal already charge high fees and the Paypal help center sucks, we need real people to talk to. and even the phone support should be 24 hours a day because there are people who are working when pp support is sleeping!
i agreed , already we sent a report and request to paypal about that and they reply us with that : " We'll make it ready as soon as possbile "
I believe they should, but I highly doubt that they will. PayPal is a very... very... greedy company and they don't want to spend a dime to help the people that use it.
Yap. That's true, Paypal give us support via phone, i think it's 24/7. I usually contact them via email, and they give me fast response.
