I am wondering why Paypal don't provide a live support option! These guys makes a lot of money from transaction fees, so why they don't think about improving their services by adding a live support feature to the site! What do you think?
They provide 24/7 phone support and email support and thats enough for us. You can reach them any time through their phone support to sort out any querry immediately. DON.
Yes I know, but I'm talking about live support, kind of chat stuff like webhosting compagnies, that's free and more effecient for people all around the world..
But compare to webhosting companies they have very very large number of clients so not easy (next to impossible) to handle live support at their site IMO. DON.
Having a large customer base should be no excuse for not providing live support. They can always have multiple channels operating at the same time. The fact is they care a damn for its customers and are interested in just milking each and every transaction! Their recent fee structure is monopolistically outrageous! Regards, RightMan
Agreed but they know very well that no any other payment processor as of now give them tough competition and thats why they are ruling DON.
You are absolutely right...and you are one member who use this DP support extensively! Probably high time Paypal acknowledged this service and at least provided a waiver from its fees for such active supporting members! Regards, RightMan
Yes I agree, they should have a live support feature. If not 24/7, then at least for 12-16 hours depending on timezones
Paypal Does Not have 24x7 Phone Support! (Customer Care) There Email response is very slow! They must have a live chat support like eBay!
Yup, their phone support is available only for around 12 or 16 hours I think. And their email support is also very slow. So, it would be good if they provide live chat support like Hostgator. - Digital -
Yes they should have live chat support maybe even one operated by bot for the normal issues and if anything important a live person
Maybe we should start a petition online.. Or just make this thread noticeable to them, maybe if they notice that people are interested in that feature, they'll think about including it... who knows !!
yes its monopoly. They don't need to. They are the best, they are not afraid of losing competition really. Many people don't like talking on phone and don't have fast enuff net cons to run skypee
