This is why they are requesting identification from you because you have probably signed up for a PayPal Account as if you were a US Citizen when in fact you are not. If you can't provide what they are asking for, they will likely limit or possibly close your account for violating their terms of service.
Simply forget paypal and this $12. Use a payment processor which is available for your country. - Mr.President -
Yes PayPal has it's share of problems, but you can't beat it, there are copycats but nothing is like the original !
You have been imposed with a monthly limit or probably an overall limit so you cant do transactions until you verify your paypal or you can wait for the time to pass if it is just monthly limit.
but my friend is using "personal paypal account" but not verified it! and also he is paying online for domains, hosting etc.. How is it possible :|
paypal those days is so tighting security they tracking ip and everything they limit any account you open it and ask for documentation you need to send it ot them and call them and in the end will not resolve your porblem you need to wait 180 days to withdraw your money with send requiered docs or without paypal really sucks
I cant understand that y it is not letting me to pay even a 0.01$.... I have heard that you can pay by pp without verifying it. But its asking for address proff also! Is it so because i have a premier account?
I had teh same problem and it took me ~1 month to verify mu business account ! i sent to paypal many different documents but finally everything is fine!! so you should talk to them and explain - what you have and what you dont have and thay can ask you to fax to them some other documents! so everything can be resolved!
