PayPal Sending Limit for personal is Increased ?????

    Hi,
    I am seeing that PayPal Increased the sending limit in one of my Personal Account which is Unverified....

    It is now $400 where I spend already $100

    Means now sending limit for a personal account which is unverified is $500

    Is this working for all or only for me......???
