Paypal sending Error "Sorry we cannot send you money right now"

    Hi guys, when i try to send my paypal funds everytime i get this error "sorry we cannot send your money right now" anyone can help me to fix this error ? i have removed cookies with CCleaner software even i tired different browsers too but still the error isn't fixed yet :( . what should i do now ?

    Bro i am also facing this error for last 3 weeks, i asked one of my friend he said that this error will solve automatically after few days.
