Paypal Send money problem

    I verified my paypal using vcc . It expired 3 month ago. However I can still make payments. Yesterday i use it on play-asia.com . But today, when i try to send money , it ask me to insert new cc. What's up with that ? :confused:

    I don't have any problem making payments to merchants. But i can't send any money by using send money functions. Anyone know why ?

    Probably because the VCC you had added for verification has expired (expires after 3 months).

    Buy a new VCC (you can get for 5-6$ her at DP) and add it to your account.

    the thing is.. i can still send money to my frens.. but not to 1 particular email addres.. possibly bcoz it's more than $10

    I think you are trying to send more amount then you have in your PP account. That should be the only reason for asking to enter CC.
