PayPal Seller Reputation

Currently stuck at 336...

PayPal Business account holder since 2002, I had an update to my reputation around August but it hadn't been updated for around 18 months before that.

It doesn't really matter but I'm amazed they're unable to fix it. If they no longer care for it then it should be dropped. I wouldn't be surprised if it was the result of a badly designed database which hasn't scaled well.

 

Just wanted to say this is still an on going problem. My status has not updated either for as long as I could remember. Seller Reputation Does not update!

Here is what paypal had to say when I contacted them:

Hello my name is Margie, I am sorry to hear about your seller reputation
number, and understand your frustration and concern over this issue. I
will be happy to assist you with your questions.

Reputation numbers are currently not updating. We are actively working
to resolve this issue. In the meantime, you can determine how active a
member is by their member information which includes:

* Account Status
* Account Type
* Account Creation Date
* PayPal Member For (years, months, days)

To view this information:

1. Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
2. Click "Send Money" at the top of the page.
3. Complete the form to send a payment and click "Continue."
4. Click the member's verification status. A Member Information page
will pop up with the information.
5. Click "My Account" at the top of the page to stop the payment.

Note: The Member Information is not provided on Personal accounts.

We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter, and
wish you continued success on PayPal.

Pretty sad if they have been actively working on this issue for over a year....
