    I'm pretty sure mine is going up...but I haven't kept an eye on it so I can't verify the last time it updated. It's at 412 which I know is higher than it was at least several months ago.

    we have the same problems our reputation was not updated for more than 5 months, but then suddenly it changed significantly, I also doesn't understand how PayPal does this change

    At least I had a reason to test their support system. Surprisingly, I received response in a matter of hours after submitting my question through their online form. So yes, there's someone out there at Paypal taking care of us customers :)
