Where to check seller rep?

 

Login to your paypal account and your paypal reputation is listed just above the balance.

 

its totally stuck doesnt update at all

 

I have never accepted payment as Service and my reputation has not moved in over 6 months even though I've recieved payments from hundreds of verified buyers.

 

I had the same problem, but I thought it was just me !

I am also stuck at 148 after recieving 1500+ verified payments..

I think only USA Verified pp's count

 

Over the past year and a half ive received over 4000 payments. I would say 90% of them were from verified members. My rep is still at 0.

 

Mine's been stuck at 977 for AGES. Since it's updated I've increased my transactions greatly and still no update. I called PayPal last week and talked to a customer service guy. He was kind of clueless (I think in reality he worked for eBay) but after putting me on hold he came back and told me it was a known issue and that they're trying to track down the problem.

My take on it is yeah, right. If they wanted to fix it they'd have fixed it ages ago. In my estimation they want to eliminate Seller Reputation as an item they need to support. I would be surprised if one update it just up and disappeared. I'm unhappy because I was approaching the magic 1000+ barrier. Oh well.

 

I called Paypal technical support in the UK about this. Mine stopped updating at 45 around October too. My company's business volumes have rocketed since then and I'd expect the number to be well into the 100's by now.

They took the query, placed me on hold for about 30 seconds, and then came back with the response that, "The reputation feature is no longer being updated, ahead of its pending withdrawal."

I accept that, possibly, though I may just have been give the runaround for them to chalk up another "solved support case". It does seem a bit odd that they've stopped updating it before withdrawing it, as it makes existing businesses look less established than they actually are. Why isn't there clear info about this on Paypal?

 

I just saw that today my paypal reputation increased from 18 to 99.

Great, I am happy. But I think 99 is still much less count than I dealt with number of guys.

 

Ive also had over 2000 driffent verified payments and around 3000 alltogether and at 3 im a verified business member since 2007 and had payments from $3 upto $5000.

Another rep update from 99 to 100.

 

Good for u kumar,mine is not updated from last 5 months.

 

My rep updated from 0 to 33

 

Now my rep updated 3 times since my last post on this thread.

I guess, PayPal has fixed the problem of rep and now update rep every 3-7 days.

Mine hasn't updated in almost 2 years.... maybe contacting them is the way to be?
