PAYPAL Seller Reputation Number!

The paypal seller reputation number is still on the site, even though they have said it is discontinued. It is killing my business, along with many others, who are stuck on zero, even though I have done tons of business on paypal. Does anyone have any idea what is going on here? It is ridiculous that they say the reputation number isn't used any more, but it still shows up as zero when buyers go to pay for things.

OP is probably right. Since it is no longer being updated, what's the point in displaying the same. If they have discontinued it, they might as well discard it completely!

yes, that is my point. I know they removed the updating feature of it, but they didn't remove the feature completely, so everybody thinks I have 0 completed verified transactions, when I have hundreds of them! It hurts my business because people keep asking me why I don't have any transactions! I don't even know who to begin to contact about this, because it has been going on so long, it is just amazing that paypal is letting this happen!

If you are dealing with old paypal users then they know this very well IMO.

And if you are dealing with new paypal users then you just need to letting them know of this.

yeah, I know, I do explain it to everybody, but it is ridiculous that I have to, and most new paypal users are a little bit nervous about the process anyways, and it just sounds fishy to them! the entire point of paypal is to process payments, and they have a broken feature on their site that is limiting the ability for their best members to do business!
