I've never really paid attention to it, but I recently noticed that my Paypal Seller Reputation counter thingie-ma-bob hasn't gone up for a looooong time, probably since the beginning of the year. Has anyone else noticed this, or is my thingie the only broken one? On another note, does anyone have any experience with this number affecting buyer confidence in any shape or form? Should I proudly emblazon my site with a huge Paypal Seller Rep count badge to make everyone all nice and cozy when dealing with me?
Mine hasn't either. It says it takes 30 days, but on one of my new accounts, I've had over 500 or so transactions so far, and the seller rating score is showing 0. I can't image that out of the 500 or so transactions, no one was verified... Anyway I don't think people take a lot of notice of it, as long as you are verified. If they pay by CC they can chargeback anyway if things go wrong.

Wow, thanks! It's a good thing the subject of my second question wasn't touched on in that discussion or my post would've been completely obliterated by your helpfulness, deluxdon.
there havn't been a update for ages, so dont count on paypal fixing this.. theres no way to find out sellers reputation..
