PayPal seller doubt

    One of a member in DP had requested to buy stuff from me.

    As he is a new user without any post, I wanted to be sure that I am not chargedback.

    So I wanted to know how to deal with it ?

    He said , he can pay with PayPal or Alertpay.

    Which is ease so that he cannot reverse the payment after receiving the goods?

    I ofteh receive "Inquiry by Paypal" This is a form of reverse payment or what? Does moneybookers can handel credit card also?
