Paypal - Seller did refund but status always pending??

    I'm not quite sure what is my problem. I ordered for $100 and had problem later. Seller did refund me for $80 but its status is always pending for 2 days until now. I thought the refund process would be automatically credited to my account without any action from my side. However, after did search in Paypal help I found that I have to "accept" partial refunds within 10 days or it would be expired. I tried to find if they have "accept" button for me to press but nothing I can do at all. I sent email to paypal asked about this help already.

    My question is, What should I do to get that partial refund credited back to my account? Which thing I missed? Please help :D

    I have had a similar problem with paypal in the past. I just called them on the customer support line and the rep fixed the problem for me. Sometimes, their system just does not update or misses something.

    So, I would recommend you to call them as well.

    Thanks for your help :D I sent email to Paypal regarding to this problem already but it seems lately respond until now.

    Call them, your refund would expire by the time they reply back.
