I have this issue , when i log into my paypal account i receive this message:

We are currently performing regular maintenance of our security measures. Your account has been randomly selected for this maintenance, and you will now be taken through a series of identity verification pages.

Protecting the security of your PayPal account is our primary concern, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please fill in the correct information for the following category to verify your identity.

The problem is that there is no information to be filled in , there is just the log out button and the submit.
    If i press submit

Some required information is missing or incomplete. Please correct your entries and try again.

    and below the same message.

What can i do? The BIGGEST problem is that if i press the contact us page, i can not send them a question without logging in . So i have an issue logging in and i can not contact them without logging in?
All the emails that i have from them state that they are not monitorized and i should use the link help in my profile to contact them. But when i want to contact them from help, or contact us or from anywhere the same message appears.

I am a verified member and have been with them for long time, and i have done a lot of transaction.
I can verify any information , the problem is there is no information to be verified.
Does anyone know the paypal email address?
    You have any sugestions?

is the address in the address bar https://www.paypal.com* ? if so then yes, t's just regular maintenance on the the server that your account is hosted on. give them a little while. if not, then i wouldn't suggest filling anything out with pertinent information.

Not heard of this problem before, but you can contact Pay Pal without logging in.
    https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_contact-general

If that link doesn't work, try going right to the bottom of the home page, click Contact Us, then choose by E-mail. There should then be a long list of choices and you just choose your problem and ask your question.
Hope this helps you a bit, hope it gets sorted soon for you too :)

Now , because i have tried several times to log in to be sure that there is nothing wrong on my side, i receive this message

Your identity could not be verified. Please contact Customer Service at the telephone number below so that we may assist you with your password.

    or leave a message.
I left them a message, hopefully they will respond quickly.

The issue is how can they can ask me to verify my information and there is no information on that page?
If i press submit they say invalid information or invalid fields

This is extremely weird, i know that paypal takes security measures but i can verify anything about my account. The issue is that they do not ask me what information should i verify.

I am very disappointed, now i am waiting for them to contact me.
Have any of you had this issue before?

No never heard of anything like this before. I know you probably checked but like Ansi said make sure the URL is correct, as you could be on a spoof site. If not then just wait for pay pal to contact you or ring them and see if they are doing maintenance to the security measures.

    Steps to do:
Try multiple browsers on the same computer...
Try it on a different computer on the same network...
Try it on a different computer outside the network...

If you do all of this, then you can be assured that it isn't your system.

IMHO, it sounds like it is on your end. You've got something wrong in your hosts file possibly, a virus, who knows. Whatever you do...do not submit any information to this rogue paypal look-a-like and make sure when you log into the real paypal that you change your password.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.

EDIT: Try going to http://216.113.188.34 and see if this homepage matches what http://www.paypal.com is. The above IP is the real IP for paypal so you can see if someone hijacked the paypal.com domain on your computer and is sending the data to another server.

Nice piece of information myfrogger. But I think the best way is to call them and they will fix the problem.
