Ok so I got this email
So I click the "Click Here to Activate your Account" link and it takes you here
    http://www.heroicsites.com/webscr.php?cmd=LogIn

Please do not enter your login info as they are trying to steal your info.
NOTE: The heroicsites.com domain not paypal.com

Just thought I would notify anyone just incase you do get an email like this.

Oh ya it also comes from a paypal.com email so it must be cloned, here's a pic.
