I sent 1050$ paypal to someone and he didnt send me anythink. I opened a dispute and money reversed to me but not all I just could take 1,95$ from paypal. I colled playpal about this many times. They told me that they cant do anythnig. I think to go to low agains to him and colled to paypal about knowladge If they can give me what he made the money (couse he says he didnt recive money from paypal) paypal told me that he recived but they cant give me knowladges.

They dont give my money back and they dont give me knowladges. This is mean they save swindlers.

You will only loose more if you will do anything against PayPal: I lost the same way 6000$ and there has never been a chance to get it back :-(

I don´t think this would help you in any way because none of the accs he used will be with real info I guess.

I experienced the same 3 weeks ago: bought a mobile phone and "seller" didn´t send anything. I filled a dispute and won it as the seller didn´t even respond to PP. So now I won this dispute but the money is not there anymore. It is in there Tos, that there is no guarantee you will get back your money, even if they say about buyer protection etc. That´s all BS.

Sad to read such experiences..all I can say is, be careful with high value paypal transactions. Use Escrow for better protection for paypal payments, especially when the amount ranges around $1000 or more.

you're right. paypal does protect the scammers. it's a messed up system. god forbid you should try to run a legitimate business and use paypal. I know there are people out there using paypal successfully but there are also many that have been scammed, essentially by paypal because they provide no help at all. what does paypal care? they still get paid.

i had an ebay powerseller account for almost 2 years, selling approx $25k a month. my sales were legitimate. my buyers were legitimate. the products were legitimate. did paypal care? i had that paypal account for over 5 years and yet they still found a way to shut me down, freeze my account and keep my money. (Until, of course, after much hard work, I found the way to get all my money back.)
