Paypal running Slow today?

    No, its working well for me in Firefox only. :)
    May be some problem in your ISP at the moment.

    How about other websites? Can you access it without any problem?

    Paypal is working just fine on my side.

    It could be network congestion problems with your ISP specific to your location. Try again after 6hrs.

    PayPal has definitely been having issues the past couple of days. Two to three days ago, it was even failing to display payment screens for PayPal buttons. It's definitely better, but there are still some times when it is being slow to respond.

    Try opening Paypal in your mobile or ask any friend to see if its opening or not, the one who is using different ISP.
    Then it will be confirmed that its in your ISP or country. :) Should be in ISP only.
