I do NOT think they are going to pay in life. It's all teh number games, check reversed transaction details - you can see the current conversion rate applied from INR to USD, and they will say - it's not in their control (exchange rate).

Do you mean you lost $800 fully? Or some amount got reversed?

phew, those are amounts are really huge amounts around .35 million in just 6 days time, do you people pay tax for this amount? Coz, all this income is completely taxible and i think, that's the core issue that paypal is handling now, India gets huge revenue in this format, but none actually pays tax for the money that they receive, So i heard some news that they are imposing some stringent rules from now on, thats why they as for shipping address and things. Also, they are going to completely check into all those accounts that receives funds from paypal and they are going to scrutinize people who haven't payed taxed for the money that they have received till now.

This is some information that i got from some trusted people that i know. I am not sure of its authenticity, but i sounds quite true to me. We all should make necessary move towards this.
