No one lives with my mom, The hacker got through her PC and used a back door and a key logger to gain access. I've tried explaining that to them but they won't listen. I've sent them logs from symantec ghost removing the back door and the key logger itself. No one possibly could of logged into her account, Hell I don't even know her password.

Well unfortunately you are out of options if none of those worked.

Take it as a lesson and have your mom order a PayPal Security Key

Paypal does not really give much support for sellers unfortunately. They allow all the buyers "scammers" protection but not the sellers.

Moneybookers transactions are final so you can try switching.

Here's what you do, just FILE a chargeback, don't tell em what happened, just say you want a chargeback, if they ask, I didn't make the transaction. Second, if the hacker is still in he's one step or teo ahead of you. Get Agnitium firewall, it is the most advanced firewall atm, trust me I know, and get AntiVir with paranoid heuristics. You WILL get your money back.

Best thing to do is what I did. Delete your paypal. Had $500 stolen from me the other day using my account and this is someone using McAfee and Zonealarm firewall. Paypal is very unsecure. I disputed the charge and got my money back but still am getting rid of paypal.

I've tried calling them several times, Earlier today I discussed it with a lawyer and paid him $75 to call paypal himself about it, And paypal started giving out there TOS and basically said she has to track down the hacker and sue him herself.

I'm loosing hope in paypal more and more daily.

Just sue paypal, then they'll call you yourself, or better ask for advice on paypalsucks.com first, they'll know better than us aout what to do ;)

I agree with everyone else, the service you're getting is ridiculous. Call them and demand your money back or you will take legal action. If they don't give it back, follow through and sue them for every penny you can get.
