Paypal reversed payment to customer - I haven't got any complaints ????

What can I do if Paypal reverse payments (I received one month ago) to the customer (verified buyer). Im also verified and Im not using any of this VCC tricks.

I havent got any complaints from this buyer or any other signs that something is wrong. We had communicated only via PMs - and that is all I was able to send to the Paypal.

Today PP reversed his founds back to him without any explanation.

I sold him my script and send him a download link.

What can I do (I already send him an email)? Am I scammed  ?

EDIT: I just found this: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=594869

And I think that this is an answer I wouldn't like to see.

i dont think paypal will reverse a fund just like that... your buyers has to file a dispute.. but you can always contact paypal regarding this issue as its only paypal who can give you a tissue...

there in not much you can do... its paypal that will decide what they should do with that transaction...

Well they already refund him payed amount. But what is bothering me is that I didnt received any complaints from this buyer and PP refund him without explanation what was wrong with this transaction.

Im afraid that this can happen with just any trade I'll made in the future...

well, no one has control over such paypal account scams. but I don't think that Paypal has reversed the payment not atleast without dispatching an email to you. Also, what do you mean by reversing payment?? did you actually recieve the payment and then deducted then? or your payment was never recieved??

What I got is a temporary hold for a received payment I got three weeks ago (PP just cut these $30 from my account), then I send them through resolution center all requested info - basically all communication I had with this buyer (PMs).

After that PP was waiting for a buyer's answer and then just refunded him back without any explanation - all I got is a mail that PP was reversed this payment.

I can understand that if you are not satisfied with a service or goods you can request your money back - but I didnt get any such signs that this buyer isnt satisfied with a received product.

It is not the amount of the money I lost but rather the way it happened.

Call paypals support number. Ive had really good success finding info that way. Paypals email system is around 3 day repsonce time, and really porly monitored for quality. just be nice to the outsorced customer service reps, they will get everything verified for you.

It is probably that the customer raise a chargeback at his bank and Paypal has no choice but to reverse payment or else they would be absorbing all the cost and losses.

yeas sure enough , as Pervert-For-Life said PP would never do that without filing a dispute ...all you have to do is that you contact PayPal client service and explain to them in a very detailed report with proofs

    good luck

May be that you got the reversal email and would have been asked to respond, but you ignored or never read that mail.

in your paypal account, you have the email of the buyer, so...what do you want to know more! think outside the box

PayPal will ocassionally reverse a payment without a Dispute/Claim from the buyer if they think it's suspicious.

As for what you can do... PayPal won't help you whatsoever. You need to contact your buyer directly and ask them to resend the payment- that's pretty much your only option behind legal action (obviously not feasible for most sale values).

    Good luck,
