Today I just got a payment reversed from June 2006.. My balance was 0 before this, but now it's -£300. They mention something about not being allowed to have a balance in minus but I wasn't too sure about the terms as I couldn't find anything about this in the User Agreement. Currently, I don't have £300 in my bank account to transfer it to paypal and pay them so what's going to happen? I will get the money in 5-6 days or so. So far I haven't received an e-mail from them concerning this but then again, it just happened today. What does this -balance actually mean? I own PayPal some money because a transaction more than 7 months ago was reversed.. that sounds so retarded. Is there a time limit to transferring this amount of money from my bank account? Has anyone else had this happen to them? Thanks if you can help!
Hey mini_m I can't be much help other than to say I just had a £250 reverse charge on my account. The email i got said that the sender (which is an ex partner btw) has claimed the money was sent unauthorized which is BS. It's just sour grapes about something completely outside of this payment and revenge is all this boils down to. I have the money to replace my negative account but unless i really need to use it again soon i will fight it out until it's back to 0. I think the credit card company of the sender has something like 60 days to decide what course of action to take. It really makes my blood boil when people take the piss, especially exe's.
