PayPal restrictions for Indian Users are in place now!

    i just got a payment from one of my clients 5 mins back..........so the rule is NOT implemented Yet....atleast not for me :p

    The restrictions are not about receiving payments but about sending payments for goods/services

    I agree with You!

    I think that was just a informative message form PayPal's end, i tried paying my hosting bill again and this time it went through,
    but the real question is still in place which is: how long will it last

    We all know that one day we won't be able to send payments for goods/services as per PayPal's new user license agreement for Indians

    My Client is Indian, having an Indian Paypal account, and sent the payment using his BALANCE...

    No..there is no change at all...still working fine...and also hope that they won't implement these changes..
