If credit card details are not given in your paypal account (unverified account), then what's the limit of sending money to other paypal members?

    It's showing 0 for me, but 500 for my 2 friends.....

Actually, Paypal does not have a blanket policy across the board for all countries. Different countries would have different restrictions. It could also be possible that paypal's new policy is to have everyone have their account verified before it can be used to send money.

You should just add your country's bank issued credit card and get your account verified and be done with it. You would be grateful that you did.

Some of my unverfied customers unwittingly end up paying me by Paypal echeque cos they don't have a credit card associated with their account. It takes up to nine days to clear, and I always end up having to explain to the customer why their account didn't upgrade. (I usually upgrade it for them anyway). Have Paypal changed the way they work this? Most of the customers that get caught out this way didn't even realise they weren't making an instant pament.

Yes bro, That's why I have written dat 2 friends of mine have 500 as limitation,
But when I wrote to Paypal (regarding why I have limitation as 0), they briefly replied to me as "they have different restriction rules for different people based on different criteria", Being a student I have only debit card, and I do not want to verify my account with my dad's CC :)
