paypal Resolve Case in my Limited account for $$$

    Hi There
    paypal asking me to complete the resolve case in my account as i recieve money
    information wanted:(should choose 1)

    Transaction Details

    Original Amount: $xxx USD

    Please provide some additional information about this transaction.

    I have not shipped the item yet.
    I shipped the item(s) and can provide tracking information.
    The buyer has already been refunded and I can provide proof of the previous refund.
    None of these options apply to me.

    PayPal will review the information and determine whether the claim can be closed.
    Thank you for your cooperation.

    what should i do?
    as my account is limited i think there's no way to get my money
    but can i ask them to refun the money for the buyer?
    so if i choose: I have not shipped the item yet:: will they refund the buyer?

    Yes, just refund the customer since you did not lose anything and the customer is at a disadvantage now.

    Once you refund the customer, the limitation would most likely be removed.

    BE CAREFUL IBIBO SCAMMED ME. LOOK AT MY POST HE IS NIKE_FIRM and . sent him $150 on paypal suppose to send me $130 on epassporte never got it he sent partial refund of $43. filed dispute and claim 25 mins after sent money. THIS HAPPEND TONIGHT

    Open your transaction details with your buyer, you can see refund button in the bottom.

    Use the Contact Us in Paypal and tell them you intend to refund the buyer the money as you have not shipped the product yet.
