Have you contacted the customer? It could all be innocent and they saw this on their statement and didn't recognise it. So they requested a chargeback. But if you just e-mail them and remind them they did download the software and get what they paid for they might drop the request or pay you again. If it's not clear from your OsCommerce shop what they can expect to see on their statement, you'll get this more often in the future.
With describing all the details with packing slip, how manytimes downloaded the software and other details such as ip address used during transaction.. Lets see what paypal takes the decission! my part is over!
I think you're over reacting Imran. Chill out, take a breath and relax. One small bump in the road is not going to have an impact. Like VS said, just realize that these things happen in business and move on. You'll be fine as long as you don't become so obsessed by every little issue that comes along.
I have been told by friends that paypal terminates account with no reason and when they have a reason of chargeback, I got scared becuase I have few $$$ init. Thanks for your advice!

Yep. That does suck. But it is the cost of doing business. I'm sure you had many successful transactions , so don't let one bad apple bum you out.
