hi paypal resoultion really sucks. My case is closed instanly stating the service is not a good. Well why ask us to fill in the stupid form, waiting and alerting our scammer of the situation. I think the resolution center is a such a lame product that might deceive people to send more money thinking that everything is refundable.

I agree that PayPal resolution sucks too. It used to be good a few years ago because PayPal used to look into every case properly - I started up a dispute yesterday and escalated it to PayPal who then closed it within 10 minutes claiming it had nothing to do with them.

I was only trying to claim my money back after a scam. :|

I esclated a dispute to paypal 2 days ago, I had a problem with a scammer, I paid him $16 but didn't send me service.

I paid him with my credit card.
And now We are waiting for the seller response.
Paypal said it will wait 10 days, then react.

I'm asking what paypal will do for me if the seller don't response ? And from where they will refund me ?
Did paypal suspended the seller's account ? Or what ?

If you paid by credit card just issue a chargeback with your bank.

It will take up to 120 days, and my bank agent said that I need to send a form, and they will send the form to Mastercard, do you think this will help ?

i totally agree with the "it sucks" opinion.
and even after you get scammed they invite you to submit feedback about their resolution system. what a joke. customer service in the european side is absolute horse poo!
dont hold your breath for a resolution.

well, we can all start ganging up on them by offering moneybookers alongside paypal and giving our clients a "special discount" for using moneybookers instead of paypal.

i know it will work. who's up with me?
    i'm seriously considering it.

even me, i am with you, but the point is that they have monopoly. and anyone who has a monopoly is going to do that way. isnt it?
    thats practical isnt it?

Yes, I'm with you, moneybokers is better and we need to help it.

    But...
When I was looking to fund my moneybookers account, they told me that my Debit Card don't work with them because they are declared as a gaming site ? ! !
Are they declared as a gaming site ? ! Why ? I think this is why they aren't as successfull as paypal.

The most of websites don't accept moneybookers... They accept paypal, the most of time.
I think because paypal can pay directly a website from your card, without use of balance, some websites, 1and1.com for example don't accept paypal balance, they need a credit card, and in moneybookers there are no way to pay with card, right ?

I know longer rely on Paypal after numerous problems with them. There customer service is horrendous and the resolution is a joke. The are just too large now to really provide the level of service needed. And they are very quick to limit accounts.

    Everyone knows this already.

I never bother to open Resolutions anymore because I know I won't get my money back if I was scammed, scammers aren't dumb they know what they are doing.
