Paypal removed mass payment option from accounts

    Able to see this on my UK Business and personal accounts, so this must be localised somehow..

    I had mass payment option in my Paypal account but when I logged in today that mass payment option was removed by Paypal :(

    My china account isnt showing the option as well, so may be its not just an INDIA-ONLY issue!

    For some time after this thread was started masspay was still working ( you just had to find the link which was removed, but masspay was working ) but now it is totally blocked :(
