Hi. Today i got a payment of 400€ and 2 hours later the person claimed it back and i didnt used the money, paypal holded the money till they find what to do and the case got closed and now the person sended me a unauthorized claim and want 400€ what can i do?
If i just loose the 400€ that person sended to me...but i think he wants another 400€ and that will make 800€
The payment of 400€ which the person gave to you will be transferred back to him (refunded) in most cases.
And i dont need to do nothing else? I dont need to pay extra 400€? paypal do their work with this problem?

Remove that name from the post if I were you asap. I would also assume that you will not lose the 400 and you need to notify the person they have been re-imbursed.
paypal will send the money back to the sender account, thats it you wont lose anything if you not send the product yet
It's pretty scary... where do you trade? Ebay? Does it involves tangible 'real' product not some ebook etc?
