Hello, It appears i've been scammed

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=271382

    If you read details here..

I opened up a claim to paypal but they deferred it saying:

Our investigation into the following transaction is complete. As stated in
our User Agreement, the claims process only applies to the delivery of
goods. It does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of
goods received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or
    issue a refund.

and now i cant open the claim again..
does this mean i'm totally screwed?

the trick is in the future to say that you did not recieve product. I have had the same thing happen to me before when working on additions to a game (twm) sorry to hear about your troubles man, gives guys with a 0 a bad name :-(

anyways if you can use it check out media dump that is something i am working with right now, it is a little more expensive but has very good features. It is a shame to lose 80 trying to save 120. Hope all works out well.

Hope you get the issue solved, mate. Sorry to hear about that.
I have to admit I've read that thread while no replies were in it, and the offer sounded quite attractive to me. Then I got distracted with some other business and must have forgotten about it. Now I see I was lucky.

Thanks for bringing scammers to our attention, InfoH.
