Hello. I have some question about paypal, hope someone can help me. I need to use paypal (Just Online, No Withdrawal, No Adding Funds etc). Just get money in paypal & spent online. Can I use my unverified Paypal account for this purpose. My friend told me that I will be able to get funds in my paypal account, but for making payments, I need to verify my account, then I will be able to use this. if it is true, then anyother solution available for me or not. I have no credit card also, I belong to Pakistan where paypal is not available. I heard from someone that I can use Virtual Credit Card, please let me know if it will be helpful to me. I just want to use online, as previously mentioned no withdrawal, no adding funds etc. Hope someone can help me. Regards
VCC is the only alternative for you. As you are using paypal illegally, do not keep more funds in the paypal since you may get limited if paypal finds you.

VCC means Virtual Credit Card @OP - I suggest you to go for alternative payment processor such as Moneybookers as paypal is not support your country and its very very risky for you to use them IMO. Better stay safe with supported payment processor. DON.
It was indeed a very wise decision taken by you...mate. Using VCC would have exposed you to the possibility of account limitation or even a closure, if paypal discovered you belonged to a non-supported country. It is better to be safe...than sorry! Regards, RightMan

Ans: No, to spend or to buy anything you will need to add Credit Card or VCC. If you dont have credit card then just buy VCC from your Paypal balance. You can send money but cant order from carts. Ans: You dont need to verify your account to make payments but to avoid problems like account limitations and all you need to verify your Paypal account. Finally I would recommend you to just add a VCC give some other country address ( if you badly need Paypal account ) then start using it and withdraw amount using Xoom. I think xoom sends payment to Pakistan too. If you follow this then dont keep high amount in your account as Paypal can limit your account anytime. One of my friend who is from Pakistan also verified his account using VCC and he is using it without any problems I dont know how he withdraw the funds but he is doing it as he is earning big amount.
