I am a verified Paypal User Few days back my account got limited, i provided with the required info to the paypal and got my limit lifted On the same time, Some cases were opened against me, Being the buyer i paid for the services i took and we both buyer and seller are satisfied but paypal opened resolved cases i dono they took random payments like last months payments and some are current payments. - When i checked i found it was written " Awaiting other party response" - Other party contacted paypal and provided required info so it changed to " Requiring your action" So what it mean by Requiring your action, what i suppose to do as they just asked my CC number and Address proof after that they are just sending mail to my sellers and they are settling the things. Some of my sellers contacted PP and their case was closed and they got their money. SO need advise from an expert PP user what next i have to do as i did every thing according to paypal demand by providing them CC proof and address proof and they lifted my limit with in an hour or so But one thing that pinches me " Requiring your action" and when i view it It appears that ( paypal is reviewing the Case and they will resolve it) Waiting for expert advise asap
I suggest you to contact them through phone call and let them know of everything. That is the best way to sort out your problem quickly IMO. DON.
Since you are the buyer, You are not required to do anything more... especially when you have already supplied them with your CC and address proof. Wait out the period as Paypal might be verifying things with your seller. I would request you not to do anything unless either your seller or Paypal itself contacts you for specific information. Mate i have seen this some cases requiring my action , But what i suppose to do from my end like when i click on the view button the it appears that paypal is investigating about the payments and thats it, i haven't got any mail from their side
If it is in 'required your action' stage, just response. It it is in 'investigation' stage, just be calm and wait. I had so many times happen like this and solved.
As from my side every thing is cleared , But still sellers are asking me to provide info to Paypal. I think they limited my account and after getting all infos they just removed the limitation and sent all items to investigation What i think is that paypal is investigating that goods or services delivered to me or cz they think that i have paid them and havent got the services
It too happened to me. i am a seller and they asked me to provide info on the transaction and they suspected that buyers paypal payment was unauthorized. i thought it was initiated by buyer, but actually it was by paypal. I tried to refund the money and there was no option there except awaiting response. i posted all the email receipts and submission done by buyer to paypal. Quickly they resolved it.
so will they suspended my account as i am the buyer, but they limited my account but later on i have provided CC info plus address proof tats why it was lifted Update : Those Sellers who havent responded , payments of those are cleared and lol those who provided infos , payments are still in Review Paypal We hate you
